Services are only for individuals 18 years of age and older. We do not accept any patients that also have medicare as we are cash based only, and it would be against medicare guidelines to accept their patients. Thank you for understanding.

We are happy to provide services by appointment only, and offer a variety of times and days to fit your needs. Please note we are fully telemedicine, and there is not a physical location to visit us.
